Find other issues during the investigation, and fixed them. PR 20953, PR 20954, and PR 20955 are fixed. * GDB exception handling is broken on i686-w64-mingw32. PR 20977. [3/10] In short, we can't use longjmp in SJLJ exception handling. Need post an RFC. * Upstream patches review. [5/10] ** SVE GDB patches review. Carefully read the patches line by line for the first time. Find some issues on target descriptions, and post my comments upstreams. Hack GDBserver to get SVE on normal juno board.
