Test Result Summary of Linaro-android 13.02 Release

Hi, here is the test result summary for Linaro android jelly bean 13.02 rc for different platform [1] panda 4430 with linaro-android jb 4.2.2 [2] panda 4460 with linaro-android jb 4.2.2 [3] ST snowball with linaro android jb4.2.2 [4] Samsung origen with linaro android jb: 4.2.2 [5] ARM v-express A9 with Linaro-android jb 4.2.2 synopsis: all boards are works well with Linaro-android 4.2.2 release candidate. on panda4460 and panda 4430 audio playback issue of panda is fixed. External sdcard issue on pandaboard was fixed. youtube and video playback is working Fine. wifi is working Fine, ethernet can be configured from command line to make its working. powertop and download & install apk is working Fine. ST-snowball board toolchain version is changed to 4.7-2013.02, android version is changed to 4.2.2. external Sdcard partition mount issue is fixed, playback of video is failed in gallery. origen is works well with Linaro android jb 4.2.2. with the toolchain version (4.7-2013.02-01-2~dev), known issue gallery not shown the content, email, calender, people sync does not work, ethernet can be configured from command line to make it work. wifi does not work, on tethering target cannot access internet after getting IP from origen. ARM vexpress-A9 board with linaro android jb 4.2.2 , kernel version is changed to 3.8.0-00928-g7d866cd. and toolchain version is upgraded to 4.7-2013.02. External sdcard issue on vexpress is fixed. known issue adb over usb test Failed, video playback failed in gallery apps, suspend-resume test not working properly. Linaro 13.02 Release (Calendar Week 9): Here is test result summary for Linux Linaro ubuntu Quantal image on following boards: 1) ARM Versatile Express A9; 2) Samsung Arndale; 3) TI Panda 4430; 4) TI Panda 4460; 5) ST Ericsson Snowball. Synopsis: Kernel version on all boards has been upgraded to "3.8.0-1"; TI Panda 4460 booting failed. 1. ARM Versatile Express A9 + Linux Linaro Quantal (Column M): https://docs.google.com/a/linaro.org/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AroPySpr4FnEdFNmV… It keeps exactly same status since calendar week 50 last year: only "Halt" & "Device Tree" test failed, all other features work well. 2. Samsung Arndale + Linux Linaro Quantal (Column G): https://docs.google.com/a/linaro.org/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AgB-fT5LL31CdGZJS… It keeps same status as last week: system hangs during the Power Management test, HDMI display is unavailable. All other features work well. 3. TI Panda 4430 + Linux Linaro Quantal (Column M): https://docs.google.com/a/linaro.org/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AroPySpr4FnEdEwwZ… USB Host, Ethernet and Power Management back to work, WiFi, HDMI and DVI-D are still unavailable. All other features work well. 4. No release for this board in this monthly cycle. 5. Linaro Android release that works with the A7 cluster of TC2

Hello, I was trying to install Linaro Android on the ExpressTile TC2, and wanted to boot up just the A7 cluster and run with them. I wanted to know what was the last Linaro release that would support the A7 configuration. Looks like Linaro 13.01 and beyond boots up just the A15 cluster. Please let me know. Thanks Dinesh

Here is test result summary for Calender week 8 Linaro android jellybean 4.2 [1] TI panda 4430 [2] TI panda 4460 [3] ST-Snowball [4] ARM-Vexpress A9 synopsis: on panda 4430 and 4460 it keeps exactly the same result from the Last week build test. the toolchain version of panda build is being upgraded , ST-snowball Linaro-android is upgraded to 4.2.2 and it keeps exactly same result from last builds. ARM vexpress A9 with Linaro android the kernel version and toolchain version is being upgraded, sd-mmc partition is detected. other than it keeps the same result from the past builds. Calendar Week 8, 2013: Here is test result summary for Linux Linaro ubuntu Quantal image on following boards: 1) ARM Versatile Express A9; 2) Samsung Arndale; 3) TI Panda 4430; 4) TI Panda 4460; 5) ST Ericsson Snowball. Synopsis: Kernel version on TI Panda platform has been upgraded to "3.8.0-1-linaro-omap", but many issues occurred on TI Panda 4430 and even boot failed on TI Panda 4460. Boot loader on STE Snowball has been upgraded to "U-Boot 2013.01.-rc1 ". 1. ARM Versatile Express A9 + Linux Linaro Quantal (Column L): https://docs.google.com/a/linaro.org/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AroPySpr4FnEdFNmV… It keeps exactly same status from calendar week 50 last year: only "Halt" & "Device Tree" test failed, all other features work well. 2. HDMI, DVI-D, Ethernet, WiFi and USB Host failed. Also, there is a kernel panic occurred during the power management test. ARM DS-5 test is blocked since network is unavailable. 4. TI Panda 4460 + Linux Linaro Quantal (Column L): https://docs.google.com/a/linaro.org/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AroPySpr4FnEdEwwZ… Kernel has been upgraded from 3.4 to 3.8 but this causes boot failed on TI Panda 4460 board. All rest test is blocked. 5. ST Ericsson Snowball + Linux Linaro Quantal (Column L): https://docs.google.com/a/linaro.org/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AroPySpr4FnEdFJ4X… Boot loader has been upgraded to the latest version "U-Boot 2013.01.-rc1" and this upgrade fixed Ethernet and Device Tree. ST snowball is exactly same result as last build Arm Vexpress-A9 sd-mmc bug is fixed, toolchain version is changed to 3.8.0-rc6-00862-g5d25da8, other than keep exactly same result from the last build.
