[PATCH v2] scsi: lpfc: Fix buffer free/clear order in deferred receive path

Fix a use-after-free window by correcting the buffer release sequence in the deferred receive path. The code freed the RQ buffer first and only then cleared the context pointer under the lock. Concurrent paths (e.g., ABTS and the repost path) also inspect and release the same pointer under the lock, so the old order could lead to double-free/UAF. Note that the repost path already uses the correct pattern: detach the pointer under the lock, then free it after dropping the lock. The deferred path should do the same. While triaging the issue we found that the commit 8930424777e4 ("tunnels: Accept PACKET_HOST in skb_tunnel_check_pmtu()." introduces the issue and Charles confirmed that the issue was present as well in 6.12.35 and 6.15.4 (other version up could potentially still be affected, but we wanted to check it is not a 6.1.y specific regression). Fix multiple fwnode reference leaks: 1. The function calls fwnode_get_named_child_node() to get the "leds" node, but never calls fwnode_handle_put(leds) to release this reference. 2. [PATCH 1/2] ALSA: hda: tas2781: fix tas2563 EFI data endianness

Before conversion to unify the calibration data management, the tas2563_apply_calib() function performed the big endian conversion and wrote the calibration data to the device. The writing is now done by the common tasdev_load_calibrated_data() function, but without conversion. Put the values into the calibration data buffer with the expected endianness. [RFC 1/8] powerpc/mm: Fix SLB multihit issue during SLB preload

This preload cache is subject to periodic eviction — typically after every 256 context switches — to remove old entry. To optimize performance, the kernel skips switch_mmu_context() in switch_mm_irqs_off() when the prev and next mm_struct are the same. However, on hash MMU systems, this can lead to inconsistencies between the hardware SLB and the software preload cache. If an SLB entry for a process is evicted from the software cache on one CPU, and the same process later runs on another CPU without executing switch_mmu_context(), the hardware SLB may retain stale entries. If the kernel then attempts to reload that entry, it can trigger an SLB multi-hit error. The following timeline shows how stale SLB entries are created and can cause a multi-hit error when a process moves between CPUs without a MMU context switch.
