[PATCH v3] arm64: tegra: jetson-tx1: Fix USB_VBUS_EN0 regulator

USB Host mode is broken at OTG port of Jetson-TX1 platform because USB_VBUS_EN0 regulator (regulator@11) is being overwritten by vdd-cam-1v2 regulator. This commit rearrange USB_VBUS_EN0 to be regulator@14. [PATCH] Revert "mm/vunmap: add cond_resched() in vunmap_pmd_range"

This reverts commit e47110e90584a22e9980510b00d0dfad3a83354e. While I was doing zram testing, I found sometimes decompression failed since the compression buffer was corrupted. With investigation, I found below commit calls cond_resched unconditionally so it could make a problem in atomic context if the task is reschedule. Revert the original commit for now. [PATCH for 4.9] powerpc/8xx: Always fault when _PAGE_ACCESSED is not set

[This is backport for 4.9 of 29daf869cbab69088fe1755d9dd224e99ba78b56] The kernel expects pte_young() to work regardless of CONFIG_SWAP. Make sure a minor fault is taken to set _PAGE_ACCESSED when it is not already set, regardless of the selection of CONFIG_SWAP. This adds at least 3 instructions to the TLB miss exception handlers fast path. Following patch will reduce this overhead. Turns out I was overly optimistic about cpu_pm blocking idle being a solution for handling edge interrupts. While it helps in preventing entering idle states that potentially lose context, we can still get an edge interrupt triggering while entering idle. So we need to also add back the workaround for seeing if there are any pending edge interrupts when waking up.
