The host physical addresses of L1's Virtual APIC Page and Posted Interrupt descriptor are loaded into the VMCS02. The CPU may write to these pages via their host physical address while L2 is running, bypassing address-translation-based dirty tracking (e.g. EPT write protection). Mark them dirty on every exit from L2 to prevent them from getting out of sync with dirty tracking. Also mark the virtual APIC page and the posted interrupt descriptor dirty when KVM is virtualizing posted interrupt processing. Note, that the if clause was backported with commit 75f82a703b30 ("cdc_ncm: Set NTB format again after altsetting switch for Huawei devices") from mainline (upstream commit 2b02c20ce0c2 ("cdc_ncm: Set NTB format again after altsetting switch for Huawei devices"). In mainline, the initialization is at the right place before the if clause. When stopping the CRTC the driver must disable all planes and wait for the change to take effect at the next vblank. Merely calling drm_crtc_wait_one_vblank() is not enough, as the function doesn't include any mechanism to handle the race with vblank interrupts. Replace the drm_crtc_wait_one_vblank() call with a manual mechanism that handles the vblank interrupt race.
