[PATCH v3] PCI: pci_call_probe: call local_pci_probe() when selected cpu is offline

Call work_on_cpu(cpu, fn, arg) in pci_call_probe() while the argument @cpu is a offline cpu would cause system stuck forever. This can be happen if a node is online while all its CPUs are offline (We can use "maxcpus=1" without "nr_cpus=1" to reproduce it). So, in the above case, let pci_call_probe() call local_pci_probe() instead of work_on_cpu() when the best selected cpu is offline. [PATCH v6 2/2] ufs: core: requeue aborted request

From: Peter Wang <peter.wang(a)mediatek.com> ufshcd_abort_all forcibly aborts all on-going commands and the host controller will automatically fill in the OCS field of the corresponding response with OCS_ABORTED based on different working modes. MCQ mode: aborts a command using SQ cleanup, The host controller will post a Completion Queue entry with OCS = ABORTED. SDB mode: aborts a command using UTRLCLR. Task Management response which means a Transfer Request was aborted. For these two cases, set a flag to notify SCSI to requeue the command after receiving response with OCS_ABORTED. [PATCHv2 net] usbnet: fix cyclical race on disconnect with work queue

An older generation of HBAs are failing FCP discovery due to usage of an outdated field in FCP command WQEs.
