Please pull this urgent kselftest fixes update for Linux 6.10-rc1.

This kselftest fixes update for Linux 6.10-rc1 consists of reverts framework change to add D_GNU_SOURCE to KHDR_INCLUDES to Makefile, lib.mk, and kselftest_harness.h and follow-on changes to cgroup and sgx test as they are causing build failures and warnings.

These three reverts have bee in next for a few days prior to a rebase before generating the pull request.
