* Proposed backport for vfp addressing modes patch. * Investigated the build issue with EEMBC and have a candidate patch for upstream trunk. (PR53334) * Investigated auto-inc-dec sched changes. * Some upstream patch review.

* Work on auto-inc-dec sched changes. * Finish PR53334 patch upstream. * Work through some of the speed tickets and upstream bugzilla perf tickets in preparation for connect.
