Nice. Does this check off cp15-kernel-qemu-interface? And 'Resync with a clean set of kernel headers from a tree based on kvm-next', or is that post merge?

Not quite -- we have something that works but it doesn't deal with all the registers the kernel supports and so it isn't good enough for migration.
And 'Resync with a clean set of kernel headers from a tree based on kvm-next', or is that post merge?
That's post-merge (QEMU upstream won't take header change patches unless they're from kvm-next or mainline kernel).
