* TCWG-518, arm linux range stepping patches. [5/10] Tried different ways to manage breakpoints, but the program still gets SIGILL from time to time. Post my WIP patches upstream to see if people have some ideas on this.

* TCWG-547, [1/10]. Try two approaches but give up due to the quite aggressive interface changes. Fortunately, the change in the third approach is quite small, testing the patch.
