Can not reproduce a FAIL in previous regression test with the latest trunk(TCWG-488, 1/10). * Test codes to skip arm_split_constant (TCWG-486, 3/10). Performance results seam OK for spec2000, coremark dhystone and eembc. * R/M toolchain related work (3/10).
