Patch review -- lots of riscv vector stuff. Fix for PAUTH error indication. Diagnosed an MTE KASAN problem -- my theory is a guest os thread error. Investigation into PAUTH slowdown.

I noticed my kernels where running very slow with -cpu max and all the various arch features turned on. I wasn't sure if it was a slowdown or just more stuff being enabled after I rebased onto 5.8. It did crawl somewhat until I turned them off.
