* TCWG-468, ldr rt, =immediate Have a feature complete implementation. Passes existing regression tests. Still need to add more tests for new functionality and see if implementation can be tidied up a bit

* Setting up a local chromebook to run the regression-tests. Should now be able to run test suite on ARM relatively easily.

* Complete TCWG-468 and send upstream for review. * Pick something else up.
