It's good to see you're running pre-commit checks. However, this report is particularly confusing in its current form: while the Subject states "no pregression/no fix on arm", the report starts with

That sent me looking for regressions, but I couldn't find any. At first I thought I was beeing particularly stupid, but it seems that your CI found no issues at all with the patch.

So please say so *prominently* in the body of the message, rather than confusing contributors and wasting their time.
