Resending to update author id in patch 7/7.
The series is aimed at replacing struct timespec which is not y2038 safe with y2038 safe struct timespec64 for k_clock interfaces.
The series does not change the syscall interface. This will be done in a follow up series.
Aisde of the changelogs and the few style nit picks, this series looks good to go.
Will address these in v2.
