Successfully tested on HiKey:

root@HiKey:/ xtest -l 15 [...] 44892 subtests of which 0 failed 688 test cases of which 0 failed 0 test case was skipped TEE test application done!

I have tested 4 configurations: (32 and 64-bit xtest) * (32 and 64-bit OP-TEE core), all with 64-bit kernel and 32-bit TAs of course, and found no problem.
