arm:allmodconfig builds have been failing since v5.15.186.

Building arm:allmodconfig ... failed -------------- Error log: drivers/gpu/drm/meson/meson_vclk.c:399:17: error: this decimal constant is unsigned only in ISO C90 [-Werror]

and other similar errors. This is with gcc 12.4.0. To reduce testing noise I'll stop testing this configuration for v5.15.y.
