x86/efi: Free efi_pgd with free_pages()

The filename of the patch is: x86-efi-free-efi_pgd-with-free_pages.patch and it can be found in the queue-4.14 subdirectory.

If you, or anyone else, feels it should not be added to the stable tree, please let stable@vger.kernel.org know about it.

The efi_pgd is allocated as PGD_ALLOCATION_ORDER pages and therefore must also be freed as PGD_ALLOCATION_ORDER pages with free_pages().
