The filename of the patch is: dma-buf-update-kerneldoc-for-sync_file_create.patch and it can be found in the queue-4.9 subdirectory.

If you, or anyone else, feels it should not be added to the stable tree, please let stable@vger.kernel.org know about it.

This was missed when adding a dma_fence_get call. While at it also remove the kerneldoc for the static inline helper - no point documenting internals down to every detail.
