staging: comedi: fix comedi_nsamples_left.

The filename of the patch is: staging-comedi-fix-comedi_nsamples_left.patch and it can be found in the queue-4.15 subdirectory.

A rounding error was causing comedi_nsamples_left to return the wrong value when nsamples was not a multiple of the scan length.
