ALSA: hda/realtek: Limit mic boost on T480

The filename of the patch is: alsa-hda-realtek-limit-mic-boost-on-t480.patch and it can be found in the queue-4.14 subdirectory.

If you, or anyone else, feels it should not be added to the stable tree, please let stable@vger.kernel.org know about it.

The internal mic boost on the T480 is too high. Fix this by applying the ALC269_FIXUP_LIMIT_INT_MIC_BOOST fixup to the machine to limit the gain.
