IB/umem: Fix use of npages/nmap fields

The filename of the patch is: ib-umem-fix-use-of-npages-nmap-fields.patch and it can be found in the queue-4.4 subdirectory.
If you, or anyone else, feels it should not be added to the stable tree, please let stable@vger.kernel.org know about it.

In ib_umem structure npages holds original number of sg entries, while nmap is number of DMA blocks returned by dma_map_sg.
