The filename of the patch is: alsa-hda-realtek-fix-dell-headset-mic-can-t-record.patch and it can be found in the queue-4.15 subdirectory.

If you, or anyone else, feels it should not be added to the stable tree, please let stable@vger.kernel.org know about it.

This platform was hardware fixed type for CTIA type for headset port. Assigned 0x19 verb will fix can't record issue.
