x86/mm: Add the 'nopcid' boot option to turn off PCID

The filename of the patch is: x86-mm-add-the-nopcid-boot-option-to-turn-off-pcid.patch and it can be found in the queue-4.4 subdirectory.
If you, or anyone else, feels it should not be added to the stable tree, please let stable@vger.kernel.org know about it.

The parameter is only present on x86_64 systems to save a few bytes, as PCID is always disabled on x86_32.
