The filename of the patch is: mmc-dw_mmc-exynos-fix-the-suspend-resume-issue-for-exynos5433.patch and it can be found in the queue-4.15 subdirectory.
If you, or anyone else, feels it should not be added to the stable tree, please let stable@vger.kernel.org know about it.

Before enabling the clock, dwmmc exynos driver is trying to access the register. Then the kernel panic can be occurred.
