I do understand this is not the right ML to report this issue, but the contact page doesn't load for me and as a result I could find the right communication channel.

This isn't the group for that, the kernel.org admins can help you out there, but usually stuff like this is just due to the mirroring provider.

Contact page mentions about webmaster@kernel.org, so I will use that next time.
