The filename of the patch is: risc-v-include-linux-ftrace.h-in-asm-prototypes.h.patch and it can be found in the queue-4.4 subdirectory.
If you, or anyone else, feels it should not be added to the stable tree, please let stable@vger.kernel.org know about it.

I guess it doesn't make much sense to add this patch to the 4.4 and 3.18 stable trees. The patch creates an arch-specific header (arch/riscv/include/asm/asm-prototypes.h), but the first mainline kernel with support for the RISC-V architecture has been kernel 4.15.
I agree.
