bonding: process the err returned by dev_set_allmulti properly in bond_enslave

The filename of the patch is: bonding-process-the-err-returned-by-dev_set_allmulti-properly-in-bond_enslave.patch and it can be found in the queue-4.15 subdirectory.

If you, or anyone else, feels it should not be added to the stable tree, please let stable@vger.kernel.org know about it.

When dev_set_promiscuity(1) succeeds but dev_set_allmulti(1) fails, dev_set_promiscuity(-1) should be done before going to the err path. Otherwise, dev->promiscuity will leak.
