The filename of the patch is: rtc-pcf8563-fix-output-clock-rate.patch and it can be found in the queue-4.4 subdirectory.

If you, or anyone else, feels it should not be added to the stable tree, please let stable@vger.kernel.org know about it.

The pcf8563_clkout_recalc_rate function erroneously ignores the frequency index read from the CLKO register and always returns 32768 Hz.
