Fix those make warnings: arch/parisc/kernel/vdso32/Makefile:30: FORCE prerequisite is missing arch/parisc/kernel/vdso64/Makefile:30: FORCE prerequisite is missing
Add the missing FORCE prerequisites for all build targets identified by "make help".
