The filename of the patch is: clk-si5351-rename-internal-plls-to-avoid-name-collisions.patch and it can be found in the queue-4.15 subdirectory.
If you, or anyone else, feels it should not be added to the stable tree, please let stable@vger.kernel.org know about it.

This drivers probe fails due to a clock name collision if a clock named 'plla' or 'pllb' is already registered when registering this drivers internal plls.
Fix it by renaming internal plls to avoid name collisions.
