Can you please apply 74402055a2d3 ("ARM: dts: LogicPD Torpedo: Fix I2C1 pinmux") to the 4.4, 4.9 and 4.15 stable kernels?
There is a problem with older versions of the bootloader not setting this correctly and causes intermittent issues. This fixes the I2C1 bus to stablize communication with the PMIC which contains the RTC and audio.
