mmc: mmc_test: Ensure command queue is disabled for testing

The filename of the patch is: mmc-mmc_test-ensure-command-queue-is-disabled-for-testing.patch and it can be found in the queue-4.15 subdirectory.
If you, or anyone else, feels it should not be added to the stable tree, please let stable@vger.kernel.org know about it.

mmc_test disables the command queue because none of the tests use the command queue. However the Reset Test will re-enable it, so disable it in that case too.
