The filename of the patch is: mlxsw-reg-fix-spvmlr-max-record-count.patch and it can be found in the queue-4.4 subdirectory.
If you, or anyone else, feels it should not be added to the stable tree, please let stable@vger.kernel.org know about it.

The num_rec field is 8 bit, so the maximal count number is 255. This fixes vlans learning not being enabled for wider ranges than 255.
