x86/entry/64: Remove the RESTORE_..._REGS infrastructure

The filename of the patch is: x86-entry-64-remove-the-restore_..._regs-infrastructure.patch and it can be found in the queue-4.14 subdirectory.
If you, or anyone else, feels it should not be added to the stable tree, please let stable@vger.kernel.org know about it.

All users of RESTORE_EXTRA_REGS, RESTORE_C_REGS and such, and REMOVE_PT_GPREGS_FROM_STACK are gone. Delete the macros.
