This is a note to let you know that I've just added the patch titled
usb: option: Add support for FS040U modem

The filename of the patch is: usb-option-add-support-for-fs040u-modem.patch and it can be found in the queue-4.15 subdirectory.
If you, or anyone else, feels it should not be added to the stable tree, please let stable@vger.kernel.org know about it.

FS040U modem is manufactured by omega, and sold by Fujisoft. This patch adds ID of the modem to use option1 driver. Interface 3 is used as qmi_wwan, so the interface is ignored.
