Many Rx Errors since updating to kernel 6.12.6

since updating from 6.12.5-100.fc40.x86_64 to 6.12.6-100.fc40.x86_64

I am getting many, many: kernel: r8169 0000:01:00.0 enp1s0: Rx ERROR. status = 352ac5ee
