cx82310_eth: use skb_cow_head() to deal with cloned skbs

The filename of the patch is: cx82310_eth-use-skb_cow_head-to-deal-with-cloned-skbs.patch and it can be found in the queue-4.9 subdirectory.
If you, or anyone else, feels it should not be added to the stable tree, please let stable@vger.kernel.org know about it.

We need to ensure there is enough headroom to push extra header, but we also need to check if we are allowed to change headers.
skb_cow_head() is the proper helper to deal with this.
