I was unable to reproduce this with a regular build outside of the batch builder. Main difference is that I didn't use ccache, so I suspect the warnings are related to ccache (and presumably not a real problem with the kernel).
Annoying and noisy though.

Greg, can you add this to 3.18.y?
For some reason, it made it into 3.2 and 3.16 stable kernels, but not 3.16 and 4.1. 4.4 contains the original upstream fix.
