drm/amdkfd: NULL dereference involving create_process()

The filename of the patch is: drm-amdkfd-null-dereference-involving-create_process.patch and it can be found in the queue-4.9 subdirectory.
If you, or anyone else, feels it should not be added to the stable tree, please let stable@vger.kernel.org know about it.

We accidentally return ERR_PTR(0) which is NULL. The caller is not expecting that and it leads to an Oops.
