This is a note to let you know that I've just added the patch titled
crypto: cryptd - pass through absence of ->setkey()
to the 4.15-stable tree which can be found at: http://www.kernel.org/git/?p=linux/kernel/git/stable/stable-queue.git%3Ba=su...
The filename of the patch is: crypto-cryptd-pass-through-absence-of-setkey.patch and it can be found in the queue-4.15 subdirectory.
If you, or anyone else, feels it should not be added to the stable tree, please let stable@vger.kernel.org know about it.

When the cryptd template is used to wrap an unkeyed hash algorithm, don't install a ->setkey() method to the cryptd instance. This change is necessary for cryptd to keep working with unkeyed hash algorithms once we start enforcing that ->setkey() is called when present.
