fs: compat: Remove warning from COMPATIBLE_IOCTL

The filename of the patch is: fs-compat-remove-warning-from-compatible_ioctl.patch and it can be found in the queue-4.9 subdirectory.
If you, or anyone else, feels it should not be added to the stable tree, please let stable@vger.kernel.org know about it.

cmd in COMPATIBLE_IOCTL is always a u32, so cast it so there isn't a warning about an overflow in XFORM.
