backport nvmet-rdma commits to stable kernels

Hi Greg,

Could you please backport the following commits to 4.14, 4.19, and 4.20 stable trees. The commit 5cbab6303b fixes a bogus dereference under heavy load, and the other commit(ad1f82494) resolves the dependency issue.
