into -stable v4.14 - v4.15
It fixes a bug in the GICv3 interrupt controller driver that only gets triggered on systems with unusual PCIe topologies, but it is a bug nonetheless.
I will send out a separate backport to v4.9, which needs a trivial tweak to unrelated context for it to apply cleanly.
