net: fix possible out-of-bound read in skb_network_protocol()

The filename of the patch is: net-fix-possible-out-of-bound-read-in-skb_network_protocol.patch and it can be found in the queue-4.15 subdirectory.
If you, or anyone else, feels it should not be added to the stable tree, please let stable@vger.kernel.org know about it.

skb mac header is not necessarily set at the time skb_network_protocol() is called. Use skb->data instead.
