arm: spear13xx: Fix spics gpio controller's warning

The filename of the patch is: arm-spear13xx-fix-spics-gpio-controller-s-warning.patch and it can be found in the queue-3.18 subdirectory.
If you, or anyone else, feels it should not be added to the stable tree, please let stable@vger.kernel.org know about it.

This fixes the following warning by also sending the flags argument for gpio controllers:
Property 'cs-gpios', cell 6 is not a phandle reference in /ahb/apb/spi@e0100000
