The filename of the patch is: mm-mmu_context-sched-core-fix-mmu_context.h-assumption.patch and it can be found in the queue-4.4 subdirectory.
If you, or anyone else, feels it should not be added to the stable tree, please let stable@vger.kernel.org know about it.

Some architectures (such as Alpha) rely on include/linux/sched.h definitions in their mmu_context.h files.
So include sched.h before mmu_context.h.
