i40iw: Validate correct IRD/ORD connection parameters

The filename of the patch is: i40iw-validate-correct-ird-ord-connection-parameters.patch and it can be found in the queue-4.14 subdirectory.
If you, or anyone else, feels it should not be added to the stable tree, please let stable@vger.kernel.org know about it.

Casting to u16 before validating IRD/ORD connection parameters could cause recording wrong IRD/ORD values in the cm_node. Validate the IRD/ORD parameters as they are passed by the application before recording them.
