media: soc_camera: soc_scale_crop: add missing MODULE_DESCRIPTION/AUTHOR/LICENSE
to the 4.14-stable tree which can be found at: http://www.kernel.org/git/?p=linux/kernel/git/stable/stable-queue.git%3Ba=su...
The filename of the patch is: media-soc_camera-soc_scale_crop-add-missing-module_description-author-license.patch and it can be found in the queue-4.14 subdirectory.
If you, or anyone else, feels it should not be added to the stable tree, please let stable@vger.kernel.org know about it.

This change resolves a new compile-time warning when built as a loadable module:
WARNING: modpost: missing MODULE_LICENSE() in drivers/media/platform/soc_camera/soc_scale_crop.o see include/linux/module.h for more information
This adds the license as "GPL", which matches the header of the file.
MODULE_DESCRIPTION and MODULE_AUTHOR are also added.
