USB: gadgetfs: Fix a potential memory leak in 'dev_config()'

The filename of the patch is: usb-gadgetfs-fix-a-potential-memory-leak-in-dev_config.patch and it can be found in the queue-4.9 subdirectory.
If you, or anyone else, feels it should not be added to the stable tree, please let stable@vger.kernel.org know about it.

'kbuf' is allocated just a few lines above using 'memdup_user()'. If the 'if (dev->buf)' test fails, this memory is never released.
